Booking and cancellation

Please read the conditions below before booking!

Payment of your experience trip expires on the weekday before the experience trip.

Regarding adventure tours, we comply with the following cancellation conditions:

  • Cancellation 14-8 days before the experience trip = 50% of the total price.

  • Cancellation 7-0 days before the experience trip = 100% of the total price

(including also the agreed extra services)

We are not responsible for unexpected equipment failures or the availability of third-party services, and we reserve the rights to change the equipment level on the hovercraft.
